My Preferences

Now this is what I look for when I go to have a Hot Chocolate, and not necessarily what you may think to be the best factors.

• Froth with real Chocolate shreds on top.
• Froth needs to be fluffy and not to dense
  
• Needs to have a great balance between sweetness and darkness
• Can't have to much froth or even worse not enough!
• Can't be to Milky or Watery
• Mixture needs to be rich in flavour
• Needs to be served Hot but not undrinkable
• Chocolate can't be sitting at the bottom
• No Strong Chocolate Shot at end
• 90% of the time should be served with 2 marshmallows
